FirePro® High Strength Compound can be applied to reinstate the fire performance of floor and wall constructions. The gypsum-based, fire-resistant compound provides a fire-resisting seal around service penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors.

Product description

FirePro High Strength Compound is a fire stopping product that can reinstate the fire performance in service openings through fire-protected walls and floors.

FirePro High Strength Compound is made of a specially formulated gypsum-based mortar that reinstates fire performance in voids. To apply, the mortar is mixed with water and can be mixed to a consistency ranging from stiff to pourable.

FirePro High Strength Compound can also be pre-cast into conveniently-sized blocks for use in wall openings.

In addition to its fire stopping qualities, FirePro High Strength Compound has been tested for acoustics achieving an airborne sound insulation rating of Dn,e,w (C;Ctr)= 52(-4;-8).
