Hardrock provides flexibility in terms of design, cost and usage in a membrane roofing system. ROCKWOOL roofing boards offer three different types of roofing insulation systems to allow owners, designers and installers to achieve the desired performance.

ProRox WM 970 XC is a lightly bonded heavy-duty stone wool insulation mat stitched on galvanized wired mesh with galvanized wire. Stainless steel mesh and binding wire (SW) are available upon request preserving its excellent thermal performance in use.

ProRox SL 560 is a highly pressure resistant stone wool slab for the thermal and acoustic insulation of constructions where high temperatures and mechanical loads (e.g. vibrations) occour.

ROCKWOOL CURTAINROCK® 80 is a stone wool insulation board designed for a variety of curtain wall systems i.e. Perimeter Fire Containment System and Through-Penetration Firestop System.

ProRox PS 960 is a mandrel-wound stone wool insulation pipe section. The pipe sections are produced with an innovative water-repellent binder, known as WR-Tech™, to mitigate the risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI). WR-Tech ensures our stone wool maintains its superior water repellency even at elevated operating temperatures within the CUI range, while preserving its excellent thermal performance in use. Reinforced aluminium foil (ALU) facing is available upon request.

ProRox SL 580 is a pressure resistant stone wool slab with high resistance to mechanical loads. The compression resistant slab is developed for the thermal insulation of tank roofs subjected to pedestrian traffic and the thermal acoustic insulation of constructions subjected to a mechanical load

Cool ’n’ Comfort is installed below the metal cladding sheet of a single skin roof system, held by reinforced steel wire mesh and aluminium foil. It is available to suit all types of roofs in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
